OK!! Sorry about last week

Last week, I only had one post, but boy was it a good one!! I am looking at three games this week:

Troy -17.5 on the road.
USC -40 on the road against a QB less Stanford.
Wake Forest -7.5 against Duke

I think Troy will take the games from here on in, USC is due for a big blow out, and Wake is looking good against one of the 10 worst teams in the 1A division.

3-0!! What a weekend!

Why tell you to comeback after taking all three games. The thing, bet smart. Dont say, hey I am on a roll and make more. You have tripled your money with three plays! Why go on? Well study for next weekend, and move from there. Next weekend, I have an early spread I like:

Troy State again. #204! Early line is -13. They are playing a very week LA Monore. I would tell you to bet heavy, but, that is wrong. Always gamble what you can afford. Troy is at home this week to boot!! Check back again for some more picks later. I will lay out five games. And maybe a pro game. Lets see what happens!! Take care, happy betting

My Football Picks!

OK, I said I would be back, and here I am. I am giving you my pick 3. These are surefire winners.

1) Troy -9.5 over UL Lafyette, Troy has had a monster schedule and are 2-1 against the odd makers. But look for them to win big on this one.

2) Cal -14 over Arizona. Cal is at home, and need all the wins they can get. They are putting a top rated Offense against the team that sputtered and failed against New Mexico State.

3) Florida Atlantic over North Texas. FA already upset Minneasota, and they beat a very good Middle Tennessee team as well. The only bump(errrrr. Wall) they hit. Is the beating Oklahoma State put on them. But North Texas is no OSU. Flor. Atlantic -7.

Thanks see you tomorrow with my best pro pick of the year!

Last Week

Last week, I apologize, I lost three games with my free picks. While I hit my second Underdog in two weeks. So I today have to give you something. One of my favorite picks. So this will make up for the fiasco I put you through. This is not an underdog pick. But, it is a great pick:

Troy over LA Lafayettte and Fla Atlantic over North Texas with the Spread. Fla Atlantic was an underdog against Minn and won outright, Underdog against Middle Tenn and won outright. so these guys are going to rip North Texas. And Troy has covered in all three games as well. I will post more later. For now, think small and win big.

Free Football plays on me!!!

Well for today anyway, I am giving my picks of the week! I dream of making it someday on the big sportsbook, hanging out with the people, watching my investment produce or sink. And for a few weeks, I am going to try to give my picks of the week!

Pick 1: UCLA over Utah, take the 14.5 spread. Utah had their hearts handed to them when there Star QB and Fullback both went down in week 1. Air Force was a 9 point dog and almost covered this spread. So watch a High Powered UCLA team reak havok on Utah before opening confrence play.

Pick 2: UCONN over Temple: One of the worst teams in the nation against my favorite for covering. UCONN -30!

Pick 3: Wake Forest over Army: Again, my best home with the spread pick. Decans over Army -22.5!

My last pick for the college day: Ohio State over Washington, the line is -3.5 for the Buckeyes. Although on the road, I think they will cover this game with little problem as I dont see the Pac 10 being all that in the middle of the pack. Where OSU will keep Wisconsin guessing atop the Big 10.

Vick and the NFL

My thing with Micheal Vick and the NFL is simple. Why have Vick? Or anyone. People say it is money, some say it is talent. People have paved the way for the NFL to be what it is. Or for that fact all sports. I am a die hard Red Sox fan, do me as a fan need the troubles a player brings, despite talent? No. The people that won the world series, in my eyes, Keith Foulke, Doug M, cant spell is last name, Bill Mueller, Trot Nixon are all gone. The other big names are that, big names, but they couldnt do it themselves, or the Yankees would never loose a World Series again. People forget that the little team players win year in and year out. And if we dont have superstars, we wouldnt watch. AKA the Rating of the Spurs, Pistons, Patriots, Marlins, etc... show us. So we have to coddle the superstar. I say wrong!
It is the product and timing. No World Series is on during the day, you are putting the series, championship head to head against many favorites such as Law and Order, Pro Wrestling, Lost etc.... That is why the Superbowl is still popular. It is timing! Nothing more. We dont care who is on the field, we care about what time it is on. Nothing more.

So as people say, man, we need Vick in the NFL, I say, why dosnt Chris Carr start for the Raiders, and I am glad no one heard of Nnamdi Asomugha. And for your Kings Fans, I voted for Kevin Martin the face of my Sacramento Kings. And that is why, I dont care what Artest does. KMART is my face of the Kings. Thanks!

Artest Pleads Not Guilty

Well it is 9 minutes after 9, just got out of the zoo at the Auburn County Courthouse, and Ron Artest pleaded not guilty to all four charges. There is a hearing date on April 5th, to discuss the restraining order, but Ron was given peaceful communication via email and phone to his family. I am guessing this means his kids. Well now it is in the legal system. I am still thinking this will not go to court with his ex-wife's equal problems of domestic violence and there is kids involved. And now, the Kings must face Phoenix, and we are in trouble.....

When do we say enough is enough

As a Kings fan and a Ron Artest fan, I have to say, when is enough. As fans we are the biggest hypocrites in the world. We will say oh, Ron is an idiot, Ron is this, but when he scores points to win a game or grabs a rebound to hold the lead all is forgiving. And it just isn't Ron. Look at Sean Taylor, Ray Lewis, Steve Gavery and the list goes on and on. And then Marques Vick. There is a piece of trash that has no business playing in the NFL. He doesn't belong in a uniform, getting paid a NFL Contract, or watching a game. You also have Cris Carter who was booted out of Ohio State for gambling, then the NFL throws a supplemental draft to get him in the NFL. If Ray Lewis never played an NFL down, would we have known? I never did, and the league is just fine without me, so it would be just fine without Ray Lewis, Vick or Taylor. So why stop at Ron Artest.

Ron Artest and the Kings

The thing to remember here, is that you have to say, wait, lets see what the courts do. Facts, and history says Artest is a bad man, but why? Until two days ago, I didnt even know his wife was there. So, why was he blamed for his dog not eating when he was out of town. What about the busted windshield? She admitted to doing it on the 911 call. Yet Ron was arrested. Not saying that Ron is a great man. But, lets see what happens. Yet, some local announcers here, say things about Ron, but Eric Mussleman goes and comes up with a boo-boo so he dosnt have to do his community service with the Orange Jump Suit.

We will forgive Ron-Ron, as we did Lawrence Taylor, Kobe Bryant, Bruce Smith, Rey Lewis and others who are stupid enough to think they are all better than everyone else and does stupid things. So, please just wait this out. As we need Ron. And actually, he needs us right now.

Sorry for the month off, lets talk Football

Well, for today my Kings are doing well, or were, as Ron-Ron got arrested for domistic violence today. That hurts alittle. But this week, my god, the NFL is blasting us with the Rookie Combine and workouts. Rookies, Rookies, Rookies. Most wont ever amount to anything as they only follow the big names, while the 5th/6th round pick is going to be somebody and flying under the Radar. Watch out for the Texas boys, Aaron Ross a great DB and Micheal Griffin a free safety with attitude, and Justin Blalock an offensive tackle who just may end up with the Raiders. One of the best linemen in the combine, some compare him to Joe Thomas, so a great high second round pick! Keep looking and I will have some more news about the Draft and the Kings....
My #1 pick of the draft, Adrian Peterson the Raiders need a playmaker. And he is the guy!

What does it take!!

OK bloggers of the internet. What does it take? The Kings are in a downward spiral, and look what Geoff is doing nothing!! People that are out there for the taking: Garnett and Gasol are on the block. Their teams want to trade these players. Give up everyone but K-Mart if needed. We need direction. That means the man at the helm of the ship has to go!! Get rid of Geoff already!!

The Kings need to come home

Remember that cartoon when the little boy got things messed up in history, then his mentor had to bring him home. Well that is what the Kings need right now. Last night against Detroit, the true Kings surfaced. By that, I mean no direction and lots of confusion. The Kings beat this same team a few weeks back in Arco, but yesterday, nothing. The entire starting team was confused, and the bench was even worse. That is with the exception of Corliss. None of the other Kings shot over 50%. So, as in the fable, it is time for this Kings team to return home. But, New Jersey and Milwaukee? This if ever, is the time to come back. They need the crowd to be on their feet, they need the Arco thunder back, they need direction. They are in every game but the last one, but that shows that the Kings are no longer in the elite of the NBA, but a midcard team.

The Kings need a bomb!

Oh My Kings. Now the coach says to the world, that someone picked the starting five, but the front office says, that is wrong. Agents coming forward to say, hey, why are my guys not even playing? Or better yet practicing! Last year, we were beating down the doors for the playoffs. Now we are on the outside looking in. We will take out the Celtics, but beyond that, we are in trouble. A road game to Detroit, Artest coming back to where it all began. C-Webb playing on the other side! My oh my. So lets hope we can roll up a Pierce-less Celtics and maybe we are looking at something in Detroit. I still say, lets get rid of Geoff!

What is wrong with the Kings?

Well for the most part people here in the Capital City say, blow the Kings up. Start over. Why? The team is in a three year "Blow Up" so why do it more? New Coach, New Path, New Ideas? We have it. It started with the termination of Vlade and Jason Williams, then came Doug Cristie, Bobby Jackson, then C-Webb and then to end it all, Peja. So, as before we were breaking the door in on the NBA finals, now, it looks like we wont get in the Playoffs. So some say, lets let Geoff and Eric rebuild this team? Why he already did and look where we are at!!!
